Who we are
Linesteward Recruitment is a trading name of Adria Technologies Limited (company number 17543235, 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA). For the details you give us here, we are the data controller.
What we keep
From job-seekers: your name, mobile, email, the work you want, where and when, anything you add, and the date you agreed. From employers: your company, name, contact details and the role.
Why
To find you work (job-seekers) or staff (employers), to contact you about it, and to meet our duties as an employment agency and employment business. We never sell your details.
Who sees them
Our own team. We introduce a job-seeker to an employer only with their agreement for that role. Our email (Resend) and database (Supabase, Frankfurt) providers process the data for us.
Emails to companies
We email limited companies and LLPs about our staffing service. We take the company's name, number, industry and registered office from the public Companies House register, and the business email address the company publishes on its own website or Google listing; we say where we found it in the email. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. We send one email and at most one reminder. A company we never email is deleted from our list 6 months after we found it; one we emailed, 12 months after our last contact. To object or stop the emails, use the unsubscribe link or write to hr@linesteward.com, and we will not write again.
Automated suggestions
Software may suggest which people suit a role and why. A person always decides.
How long
Job-seekers: 2 years after you last register. Employers' requests: 6 years (business records). Earlier if you ask.
Your rights
Ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time: write to hr@linesteward.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
